10/9/07 – 14/9/07
Had quite a number of exams this week, Combined Humanities (History), Math ( Paper 1 & 2) and combined humanities(History Elective) and combined science( Physic & Chemistry ). Combined Science was the only paper I can completely finish and have sufficient time to check it. However after discussing the answer with Wei Yuan and the others, I think I will lose a lot of marks due to careless mistakes but I think I will pass. Did not managed to finish history’s section B part b essay question and both math paper 1 & 2 due to time constraints and many questions I don’t know how to do. I think that I would fail my math very badly even worse than my previous mid year marks.

Went to library to search for cooking books about Korean and Japanese cuisine. Pek Mun, Li Hong and Jocelyn went to find the books while Wei Yuan, Xue Li, Eunice and I were looking at books about dogs. They’re so cute but they will really need a lot of caring and responsibility to have one. So we sat down and discuss the dishes that we will cook. So we decided to cook other dishes first before trying out to cook the Korean and Japanese cuisine. Alvin was very kind to gladly sponsor us with an amount of $10 for buying the ingredients. So we went home after that

Today meet up with Li Hong and Pek Mun at Li Hong’s house de bus stop to go to Alvin Ong at about 9.40 am. Reach Alvin Ong House about 9.50 am. We went to watch the TVXQ’s mvs that I burned. It was already 10am and the others haven’t come. Eunice and the others are still at home. After Xue Li and Eunice had come to Alvin Ong, we went downstairs to meet Wei Yuan and went to Prime Supermarket to buy the ingredients. It was very crowded and we spent over our budget. So we went back and start our cooking. I only helped out in some of the preparation, while Pek Mun, Wei Yuan and Li Hong are always in the kitchen cooking. Xue Li, Eunice, Alvin Ong and I are watching videos in Alvin Ong’s room. We started cooking at about 11.10 and we finished cooking at about 3.40. The process is very fun and I finally realize why my parents hate to cook at home lolx.

Alvin Ong, Xue Li, Li Hong and I were preparing the drink ‘Angel Heart’ which is a blend of vitagen, yoghurt, 7-Up with ice. At first, the yoghurt or the 7-up smell was too strong, so we decided to add so we add in the water melon that we bought. It taste better than the one without watermelon. However, it turns to be a watermelon flavoured of it Wei Yuan and the others did not give good comments about it but at least it is drinkable. The meal is overall a good one, well done guys!! We ate finish at about 4.20 so we decided to play a game which the loser had to finish up the leftover food. I lost 3 times in a row and I had to eat the baked beans with luncheon meat and hot dog. It was a suffering to me as the beans was not sticky and it exists as individual when you eat, it is not the same as the ones in you eat that is sticky and soft.

After the clean up, we went to Alvin’s room to watch some videos like Pokemon and Mr Bean. Then Alvin Ong came and tell us is TVXQ another name for DBSK. He get scolded from Wei Yuan and I and he told us later got a program about it which School Attack. Then we all rush out to the living room and sit on the sofat and stick glued to the TV. Finally can see a TVXQ program being broadcasted in TV before my very eyes, the show was great with them sing balloons in the end. After that, Xue Li, Alvin Ong and I went back to the room and watched Hanazakarino Kimitachie ~ikemen paradise~ EP 1. They laughed through out the show. Pek Mun and the others are in the living room playing some cards games. We went home after that. Pek Mun, Wei Yuan Li Hong and I are waiting for bus to go home while Xue Li and Eunice walked home. Wei Yuan said she will hook on us if our bus arrives first but her bus in the end arrives the first. She still can send sms to mock at us. We waited a long time for bus 99 to come and it was very crowded. I and Li Hong managed to get off the bus and I went home taking 172.

Had been obsessed about J-Pop again after listening to Yes 93.3’s Ha Ben Ying which is a program that play the latest J and K hits and tell you about the latest happenings in Korea and Japan (Every Sunday, 10pm-11pm). Had download quite a lot of Japanese songs, some of it are recommendations by Ha Ben Ying

1) Happiness Single – Arashi (It’s a nice single, currently 1st in Japan Oricon Chart)
2) Beautiful World/ kiss & cry Single – Utada Hikaru (It’s used as a theme song in an anime movie, not sure what it is but can try downloading it, it’s quite nice, currently 2nd in Oricon Chart)
3) Paradise ginga – Hikaru Genji ( Featured in Hanazakarino Kimitachie ~ikemen paradise ep 9)
4) Miso Soup Single – Tegomasu (Featured in 18th Taiwan Melody Awards 2007)

Had watched ikemen paradise ep 11. Firstly I would like to congratulate them for scoring a viewer ship rating of 19.5% and becoming the first among all Japanese drama during the week that it’s broadcast. It also ranked the 1st in average viewer ship. This episode is very funny.
With the three dorms competing in 90 items to gain the right to perform at the sports carnival. The items that are contested are quite weird and funny like breathing holding in water, rolling toilet paper and decoding girly talk which is something like decoding conversion that have internet language in it like lolx ( this what I think so hahax)
However in the end, the results is a draw among the 3 dorms. So they all get to perform in the carnival with an excellent mass display and cheering with the song Girlfriend. Sano finally able to jump successfully and got into the finals with everybody’s encouragement and his dad’s advice. Hibari get hold of Mizuki’s passport as she had dropped it and found out that she is a girl. She then told the 3 dorms leaders about it and Nakatsu heard it. The truth will be revealed in next 2hrs finale, it will be very touching. I just don’t want it to end so fast, I hope that it has a season 2 or a special or even a movie just like Hana Yori Dango (will be shown next year)

Today went to school for teachers day celebration.It was rather boring as the first few performancesare dance and singing performances. It was quite humid there as all of the pupils are sat in the parade square.Upper secondary sat on the chairs while the lower secondary sat on the floor. The place where i sat do nothave any fan above me, so it's also quite hot there. Quite suprised that the chinese dance used the song STEP you by ayumi hamasaki to dance. The dance was more like exercise rather than chinese dance and the moves are not quite sharp. If they used DBSK's songs, Wei Yuan and I and the others will be very high.

Really enjoyed the dance performed by the various teachers like Mr Tay and Ms How. Ms How look good inher cap and outfit. She also dance very well. However, Mr Tay look a little bit werid in his cap. It seem to methat he look like a little boy lolx. Happy Teachers' Day to all teachers!

Today went to school for Physic remedial. It was quite fun. Mr Yip go through 3 chapters with usForces, Waves and Lens. Was doing Westwood Sec prelim paper 1 physic mcq. It was hard and i forgot alot of things. I ended up getting 9/20 for it and got a 'reward' from Mr Yip which is Anderson Sec paper 1 lolx.

After that, we went to Jurong Point kfc to eat our lunch. I did not buy anything because i need to save up my money to pay lots of fees. We spent 1 hour plus there to talk about Suju. Then, we went to Harvey Norman because Pek Mun wants to print her DBSK n Suju pics again. However,the promotion had ended. Even the staff of the Harvey Norman know Pek Mun liao.Then we went home after that.
